Ag Branch Manager
Responsible for overall efficiency, effectiveness, profitability and morale of said branch.
Will perform forecasting, budgeting, market analysis, planning, and directly managing the entire branch staff including parts sales and service.
This position reports to the VP and is requires a BA in Business Management or related. It also requires 7-10 years in the ag equipment industry with emphasis on sales and service management. Successfully driving a team of sales professionals to success and profit and achieving market share.
