The Locator of Rockstars
Dispatching and supervising our Field Service Technicians for the New York Metro territory – they would be coordinating jobs, opening and closing work orders, communicating with customers and managing a team of talented CAT field technicians.
Qualifications:
Ø Minimum 2 years management experience in directing labor, will consider equivalent combination of degree and work experience
Ø Strong computer skills and comfortable with technology in order to manage service communications and related business processes
Ø Strong communication skills
Ø Strong organization skills
Ø Strong mechanical aptitude
Ø Possess a valid driver’s license
Ø Experience with troubleshooting and repair of construction equipment
Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 with 15% Bonus Potential
