Kelly Peterson
Since starting her career in the staffing industry in 1993 with Interim Personnel. She instantly knew, this is what she was born to do.
She excelled early on in her career, breaking global placement records her first year in; and continued to consistently break all-time companywide records throughout her career in the corporate world.
In 2011, she started her own company KP Recruiters, LLC and is recognized as a leading staffing resource in the equipment industry, which she has exclusively staffed since 2008.
Her passion for career placement starts with her faith and her deep rooted passion for helping people and this is evident in her daily work, both with clients and job seekers alike.
Jason Bradley
I am beyond thrilled to announce, that I have added a new recruiter, Jason Bradley. His background in Caterpillar is invaluable to my business and it will bring a strong mechanical approach to our recruiting efforts.
Jason is a Coast Guard Veteran of 6 years, where he was an E-6 Machinery Tech. Of those years he ran a 4-man CAT, Fairbanks Morse and MTU rebuild team. They were called out around 190 days a year traveling the US rebuilding and repairing all these engines. Upon his exit from the military, he went to Riggs Caterpillar.
Jason started in the engine bay and worked there for 1 ½ years before going into a power systems field truck for 4 more years, where he ran his own dyno for those 4 years as well. From the field truck, he transferred over to the dirt side and went right into a field truck for another 3 years, before becoming a product support sales rep. He spent the last 3 years as a PSSR. Jason was a Level 5 Engine Tech, a Level 5 Machine Tech and Top Producing PSSR 2 of his 3 years.
Mike Wickherst
Mike has worked in the construction industry for 25 years as a sales and marketing director. He is most talented in recruiting, coaching, and customer relations.
He is a dedicated, hard worker who makes himself available to others anytime he’s needed. He lives in Arkansas and enjoys outdoor recreation, fishing, and most importantly watching Nebraska football games with his family.
Brandon Kane
Brandon is a welder by trade, and a former reality show participant. Brandon has proven to be hardwired for success. He is humble and passionate and driven for the right reasons; and for those reasons we consider him a valuable asset to our company.
