Rockstar Rental Sales Manager (Senior Management Role) (5 yrs)
MUST HAVE:
- Rental Industry background -equipment, copiers, uniforms etc- no exceptions
- Minimum 5 years sales management (not territory rep)
- BA Preferred
- Six Sigma Preferred
- Lead by example management style in a fast paced, aggressive and highly competitive industry.
- Be able to build and keep a team of rockstar reps
Will manage 12 rental sales reps in a region.
Will have full budget, market analysis, projecting, forecasting, training responsibility .etc
