We are looking for a first class, professional Director of Training & Education with strong background for starting up a training tech center.

Minimum and Mandatory Requirements:

10 years aerial equipment industry
7-10 years training/education manager
Division Management- P&L, budget, on boarding, training center development, people and process management and continuous improvement
BA or equivalent exp

WILL BE REQUIRED to relocate and travel extensively.
