Inside Sales Manager

We are looking for an inside sales manager for a sales force in a Power Systems Department.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 5 years in an inside sales rol, outside sales role or PSSR role in the power systems industry
2. Stand by, portable, various generators
3. strong computer skills
4. strong organizational, follow up, customer service and training skills.

This job is primarily to oversee the inside sales reps, make sure leads are being followed up on and all calls and sales are handled professionally and in a timely manner. with accurate recording of all transactions.  You will lead, guide, mentor and train reps to be as efficient and effective as possible

Pay 80k base
