We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to greet our customers, assess their needs and provide clear and concise information to our Diesel Technicians. Our goal is provide a first class service experience for our customers.
We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to greet our customers, assess their needs and provide clear and concise information to our Diesel Technicians. Our goal is provide a first class service experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Greet and interview customers
- Create clear, concise documentation of the customer’s concerns
- Forward documentation to Truck Service personnel
- Respond to service related telephone calls
- Monitor progress and maintain ongoing communication with the customer
- Open and Close work orders
- Document warranty coverage(s) by vehicle
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Technical background and heavy duty truck service background preferred
- Ability to recognize and solve problems
- Ability to read and understand technical information
- Strong internal and external communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to monitor, manage and prioritize daily operations
