Generator Service Manager Needed.
Ideal candidate will have MINIMUM:
– 7-10 years in the portable power- standby generator, generator rental industry
– 5-7 years as a generator technician
– 3-5 years as a service manager with p&L , scheduling, training, mentoring and strong problem solving skills
– Experience with managing a large service department with 20-30 techs
We are not wanting a whip cracker for a manager- we are looking for a service manager that can keep morale high in the service department and develop a great team of techs!
Pay to 110k base, bonus, car allowance and relocation offered
