Job Summary:
Field Service Dispatcher – Heavy Equipment

This is a Middle Management job

Responsible for maintaining the scheduling of all field work for 6 technicians, communicating and advising customers (both external and internal) of all aspects of repairs, and enforcing company’s policies and procedures. This requires a strong leadership, mechanical , communication and computer skills.

Must have advanced level CONSTRUCTION equipment mechanical exp

Must already be in NY or NJ currently and have:
Minimum 4-5 years as a field service technician
Minimum 2-3 years as a heavy equipment foreman
Strong LISTENING and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and keeping accurate paperwork
Strong people skills and ability to get along with all types of people and personalities
Ability to delegate service calls to 6 technicians as needed ( some nights and weekends )
70-80k salary, full benefits and an awesome opportunity
