Responsibilities

·         Oversee all aspects of branch operations including service & maintenance, inside sales, transportation & logistics and P/L

·         Lead and empower a team of rental professionals

·         Make quick and effective decisions

·         Deliver industry best service

·         Create team synergy

·         Continuously seek ways to improve the branch

·         Demonstrate and promote best practices
