Technical Trainer Supervisor -Grove – Manitowoc Cranes

Pay 80k base plus bonus 100k total maybe more
You Will:
1. mentor, guide and train junior technicians
2. monitor training classes and assist in getting techs to higher levels
3. act as shop foreman / supervisor
4. record all paperwork as required
5. schedule service and handle customer service
6. technical / hands on training of techs
You Must:
1. be senior level Grove, Manitowoc crane technician
2. minimum of GMK 3 factory certifications required
3. motivator and morale builder, not a whip cracker, strong arm type of management style
4. reliable, dedicated and driven
no owi past 7 years, clean criminal past 7 years, valid driver’s license
