Manitowoc Crane Mechanic – ROCKSTAR!
To be considered you must have ALL of the following:
A MINIMUM of 8 years recent experience as a FULL TIME crane mechanic ( NO riggers or operators ,who occasionally repair equipment, please.)
MASTER set of tools required to do the job
Valid driver’s license in GOOD STANDING – free of drunk driving offenses past 5 years
Minimum 5-8 years on Manitowoc Cranes
NOTE ** Field Tech may require Class A CDL or ability to obtain within 30 days
Formal Manitowoc Training at dealership, contractor or distributor level or Factory Training from OEM
MUST have EXPERIENCE and PROFICIENCY in:
Troubleshooting
Diagnosing
Replace and Repair Parts and Minor or Major repairs
Set up, tear down and operation of cranes is requires as a SECONDARY skill to your mechanic skills
Strong aptitude and well-rounded abilities and skills in:
Hydraulic
Electrical Systems and Motors
