Ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years experience turning a wrench first with strong troubleshooting skills in electric, hydraulic and diesel failures including strong diagnostic skills. Minimum 1 year shop foreman or lead tech required
General Construction Rental Equipment and Heavy Equipment, Aerial Earthmoving etc.
In addition to the mechanical talent, to be considered for this position, you must have 1-2 years as a shop foreman, shop manager, or related; with mentoring, training, guiding, coaching and skills with strong customer service and prioritizing.
